With the beautiful winters setting in here in Delhi, dining & eating out gets much more enjoyable. And when the setting is the amazing Cyber Hub on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, the experience gets all the more enjoyable. We got the pleasure to dine at Twist in Cyber Hub – primarily an Asian restaurant that has now diversified it’s menu & introduced an additional Indian menu full with some amazing kebabs & tikkas and hearty curry meals specially designed for corporate lunches.
The meals started on a high with their fresh Green Papaya Salad with tangy Thai dressing. This was followed by Vietnamese Veg Rolls, Crackling Spinach and Orchid Mushrooms for vegetarians and Shrimp with a Twist, Saigon Fish, Pork Ribs with BBQ sauce for the non-vegetarians. The mushroom & shrim dishes were really well made. Pork ribs was crispy, juicy & succulent and probably a hero of their menu – definitely not to be missed.
We enjoyed the starters with some amazing mocktails including Cool Cucumber with Basil, Green Dragon, and non-alcoholic Sangria. Cucumber with Basil was the stand out drink for us.
From their Indian section we ordered Chicken Janam Kebab, Mutton Galawati with Warqi Parathas & Madras Curry Fish Tikkas – each of them very high on flavors & pleasing to the taste buds. We also talked tried their Stuffed Mushroom Tikkas & Paneer Tikkas which were equally enjoyable.
In the mains we ordered Veg Khao Suey, Mama Cheena Fish with Burnt Garlic Rice and Hong Kong Noodles. The Khao Suey was just too good and definitely the best dish of the day. Fish with garlic rice was an amazing pairing as well. In the Indian section we got their Chicken & Vegetarian Lunch Combos which consisted of chicken/paneer tikka, bread & lip smacking dal along with dessert.
The meals were finished on a high note with Creme Brulee & Chocolate Brownie from their dessert section. Their Coffee Creme Brulee was outstanding.
