If your sun, sand & sea plan to Goa does not work out with the friends, you now have the next best thing going on at http://candacenkoth.com/?q=price-of-viagra-in-india Zambar, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon which is bringing the best of Goa – food, as it’s hosting the Goan Food Festival.
They bring the best of flavors from the heart of Goa ranging from Bangda Mackeral Reichado – shallow fried Mackerel fish coated with red hot masala, Rossa Omelette – desi masala omelet covered spicy Goan chicken curry served with Pao, Masala Rawa Fried Prawns & Chorizo Sausages Chilly Fry. The fish and prawns were the stand out dishes from the starter section. Their pao is too soft & fresh.

Accompanied with the starters, we tried a range of their mocktails including their take on the ever refreshing Virgin Mojito with the addition of tender coconut water – very fresh and equally tasty and their Kokum Masala Lemonade – a spicy & tangy flavor bomb. You also have the option to opt for the whole tender coconut water which gives you the feel of relaxing on the beach sipping cool coconut water.

The mains had dishes ranging from Mushroom Xacuti, Goan Fish Curry & Pork Vindaloo. These were served with steamed rice, sausage pulao & breads. All the main dishes were brilliant, high on flavor and each a must try. I’ll be a little partial towards Pork Vindaloo as my favorite – melt in the mouth pork chunks served in a fiery red gravy that breaks you into a sweat as you savor the dish.
The dessert section consisted of Chocolate Covered Pancakes & Bebinca – a Goan specialty which is layered cake served warm along with a scoop of ice-cream – a must try from their dessert section.
