The 68th Republic Day is round the corner and everyone is doing their bit to celebrate it. Imly – the restaurant that brought street food from across India under one roof – is celebrating the flavors of patriotism – gearing up to pay homage to this brave attitude of the Indian Defence Forces.
The restaurant chain won hearts of Delhiites, not only with its food but also the philanthropic activities it engaged in – their association with CRY is well known. A tribute to the Indian Culture, Imly, Rajendra Place outlet is a replica of a train, depicting the pride of India.
We are delighted to host this event for the people who put their brave front on the border to ensure we live peacefully. And what’s better way to express the gratitude towards them than with our own street food. People will get to taste the specialties from different corners of Delhi under one umbrella. – Varun Puri, Owner, Imly
For the day there will be a flag hoisting ceremony followed by a specially curated menu by Chef Aman Puri – featuring dishes like Paneer Tikka – Republic Way, Idli – Republic Way, Momos – Republic Way.
