When Park Plaza, Noida was on its way to become Radisson, Noida, we knew things were changing for good. With swanky interiors and world class restaurants, Radisson, Noida has left no stone un-turned to woo it patrons. An all day dining The Creative Kitchen, the kebab specialist The Great Kabab Factory, bar & lounge Ethyl and the pan-asian fine dine Ni Hao are your dining options here. We recently got invited to Ni Hao, and fell in love, for there is no other property like it in NOIDA.
The restaurant has an aura like no other in NOIDA. A place perfect for a quiet dinner with your loved ones, or those special dinners, Ni Hao has a grandeur that no other restaurant can match. The open kitchen (beautifully so) just adds to the aura – take a peek to see your food being handled with care and love, that only a restaurant of this stature can offer. Open only for dinner (for now), the aptly lighted place is satisfyingly calm. The music, the interiors and the emblazoned tables set your mood up at the first look.

Quite contrary to our experience at other restaurants, we loved the veg. soup – Spicy Oriental Greens with Silken Tofu – perfect consistency and the true to name silken tofu – does its bit to appetize you. You would have not seen Crispy Lotus Stem with as many options as Ni Hao offers; we chose Chilli Plum (other options were Crispy Honey Chilli, Spicy Black Bean, Kung Pao, Hunan) and loved it. Grilled Mushroom with Burnt Chilli was the choice from the Ni Hao Barbecue section which we loved (the chillis are fiery, please note). The menu in this sections is again pretty vast and our eyes are on the Barbecue Duck, whenever we can bring together a group of friends!

The choice(s) from Dim Sum section is exhaustive – a must try at Ni Hao. We suggest the Assorted Dim Sum Basket (V/NV) for the choice it offers. With more than 15 choices on offer, you will, otherwise, be spoilt for choices! Our favorite(s) are Smoked Duck Dumpling & Prawn & Water Chestnut Siu Mai.

Our favorite from the main course section (till now) is Stir Fried Minced Chicken with Basil. Loved the mince of the chicken, which is not very fine & helps with the texture – and the taste is just about chicken and basil, nothing else – finger licking good. We also tried Shredded Pork in Char Siu Sauce, Chicken in Black Bean Sauce, Asian Greens in Soy Sauce & Thai Red Curry (Vegetable) and we must say that the chef(s) have done an amazing job with the dishes.

The dessert menu is limited. Fried Ice Cream is a specialty and rightly so. If you have tried Fried Ice Cream before, you should try it here and will love it. If not, Ni Hao is the place to begin. The coconut flavor (from the crust) is prominent and the crisp cup gives the crunch.

Ni Hao brings pan-asian delicacies in a fine-dine setting to this side of NOIDA. With a name literally meaning ‘Hello’ – Ni Hao is a place that is welcoming. You must visit this place for the finesse in cuisine, service and ambiance that it has to offer.
