There are no words to describe Olive Bar & Kitchen, Mehrauli (Olive Qutub). The ambiance, the food and the magic of Chef Sujan Sarkar, make it a love at first bite.
The love of Chef de cuisine Sujan Sarkar for his work is prevalent in the dishes he curates and every season, there is a new menu utilizing the season’s freshest produce to the fullest and is awaited eagerly by the patrons. This time around it is the Winter Menu at Olive Qutub.
Our chef-de-cuisine, Chef Sujan S. along with Chef Dhruv Oberoi, have put together a menu that presents a thoughtful take on Mediterranean and modern European dishes. They use techniques with a soul. The food, thus, is fresh, flavorful and fabulous! – AD Singh
