He has popularized molecular gastronomy and fusion food with the highly acclaimed restaurants like Masala Library, Made in Punjab and Farzi Café. The latest on offer from Massive restaurants is ‘Pa Pa Ya’, which is an moving take on pan-Asian cuisine.
Recently ‘Pa Pa Ya’ made its entry into the food circle of Delhi-NCR at the shopping hub Select City Walk Mall. The entrance to the restaurant is deceptive on what the interiors are of. The interiors are stylish and one of the best in the city. The bar is located just right in the center of the restaurant alongside the tapas bar which serves some exquisitely delicious sushi. Freshest seafood and sushi fish flown from Japan each week, stored in a special (and exclusive) storage system, a wine tasting room, tallest ceiling of any restaurant are some of the feathers Pa Pa Ya has already added to it’s crown.
Pa Pa Ya is the first restaurant serving Asian molecular dishes – the food and cocktails at Pa Pa Ya are class apart – tuna tataki pizza, chilli hoisin duck dogs and the pork belly are our favorites already 🙂
