With the winters setting in, it’s time to rejoice food with seasonal produce available. Mother earth blesses us with varied abundance of vegetable and fruits to count for the increased need of proteins and nutrients to beat the chill.

This time it is the Winter Special Menu by Executive Chef Ankit Mangla and his team using the top quality fresh ingredients from the market.

Gorge on pasta with assorted winter vegetables, mushroom & spinach lasagna, falafel with assorted vegetables from the fare or relish methi murgh masala, gajar mutter gobhi masala, corn spinach & mushroom fondue, vegetable cannelloni, thai veg. curry among others.
Desserts & salads will have gajar ka halwa, gulkand phirni, carrot olive mint salad, banana & honey french toast etc.
