The seasonal menus at Olive Bar & Kitchen, fondly called Olive Qutub, are something that we look forward to. With every menu, Chef Sujan Sarkar brings out dishes that are visually appealing and gastronomically satisfying. With summers at the peak, Olive Bar & Kitchen presents Summer on a Plate – the all new summer menu by the team – it has some new additions and some classics from the old menus.
Whether it was the Winter Menu, the Earth Menu or last year’s Summer Menu, every time we have been at Olive Bar & Kitchen, it was a magical experience like no other. The Summer on a Plate menu is crafted to take you on a gastronomical journey filled with the transitory flavors of the season using the ingredients sources from across the country.
Summer at Olive Qutub is delicious with our chefs demonstrating their mastery working with the best of ingredients and techniques to present for the summer of 2017, some stellar dishes that translate your meal into a superlative dining experience. – AD Singh, Managing Director, Olive Group.
